Why we differ from a high street agency

Medics on the Move isn't a conventional letting agency, we started life finding homes for medics moving around the country, this grew to managing properties for people who we'd found homes for, then to the people they recommended us to. We don't have a shop front, which isn't really an issue. Our tenants are all professional people who work in many walks of life, including medicine, education and law. Because we work directly with a number of companies, organisations and institutions, we don't need to be on the high street. We still have a professional office set up and we are based in Redland.

Our approach is always professional and we are great believers in good communication with both our landlords and tenants. Service is of paramount importance to us; whether its late night contact with an overseas landlord or sorting a tenants problems over bank holidays, we have a team of people who really do go above and beyond the call of duty.

Because we care about what we do, you'll find us available at all hours and keen to talk about your property, our business and the industry in general. We regularly share up to date industry news and important information on regulations with both our managed landlords, and those for whom we find tenants. Our aim is to help make every let hassle free, successful and profitable for everyone.

Not everyone wants everyone else to know their business.....

We are all different, and not all landlords want their business broadcast in the neighbourhood. Our service is professional and discreet. We don't have sign written cars or insist on signboards that shout "this property may be empty"! What we do very well, is work hard to find you a tenant, without a fuss. 

Of course we do have sign boards, but they only go up with your express agreement.
