We have the pleasure of working with many private landlords who trust us to manage their properties From family homes to country residences, from studio apartments to penthouse suites we are all here to help you let your property or find you a home.

Our landlords expect nothing but the best from us and we do our best to deliver. Our aim is to provide a dedicated personal management and tenant find service which provides professional and fully referenced tenants.

We also specialise in relocation and undertake personalised property searches for many professionals moving to the area.

Tenants we have many excellent properties that don't always make it to the open market, so whatever you are looking for call Caroline, Rae or Trevor and we'll do our very best to help you.

Customer service is our absolute priority. Whether you are a landlord, tenant or one of our many suppliers, we would like your experience with Medics on the Move to be as pleasant and professional as it can possibly be.

Just call us and you'll notice the difference.

Caroline Hannawin (nee Evans)

Hello I'm Caroline. I studied French and Spanish with European Studies at University of the West of England achieving a BA(Hons) and loved Bristol so much that I stayed and have been here now for the past 11 years. Having worked in the property industry for 7 years in both lettings and sales, I really do understand the pressures that letting property and moving home can have on people, from both a tenant and landlords point of view. My role as operations director of the business is to develop the service we offer to both landlords and tenants. There is a tremendous sense of achievement when we bring two parties together and help both achieve a successful conclusion. I live outside of Bristol, having taken on a huge renovation project in the Chew Valley six years ago, I now feel very settled, both at Medics and at home. I like the balance of living in the country, but always appreciate getting back into City life to meet up with friends and fill my tummy full of yummy treats at various different eateries! When I'm not working, I enjoy reading and planning my next adventure abroad! - oh and DIY that our home still demands! (well that's for my husband really - I just direct!)

Hi, I'm Trevor and I'm the one who adds a bit of gravitas to the whole operation. My history includes the Merchant Navy and four years seeing much of the world along with thirty nine years in the construction industry, so as you've probably guessed, I'm no spring chicken. So what, you may ask, am I doing working in property letting and management. Well I have been a landlord in Bristol since the 1990's so I have a thorough understanding of the frustrations that come from both sides of the letting business. Understanding what can go wrong and knowing how to put them right efficiently and effectively helps us avoid some of the pitfalls of the business. When the opportunity came along to get involved with Bristol's "Medics on the Move" franchise in 2005, I didn't require much persuading. Together with Caroline, Rachel and Jenny (who looks after our marketing), we make a great team. I am involved in the business on a daily basis providing my own brand of wisdom and charm. I'm a real stickler for old fashioned courtesy and customer care is an absolute priority for me, as it is for Caro and Rachel. We want your experience with us to be pleasant and professional. I have 4 children, a grandson and numerous nieces and nephews. When I'm not in at work I enjoy a very full social life, I love food and drink, particularly red wine and I just like people in general, but particularly those who are good company and make me laugh as much as I make them laugh. I also have a home in North Devon and I escape there as often as I can. Because this isn't as much as I'd like I also let it out and if you're interested in a holiday in Appledore, click on the attached link and give me a call. I'm always available to talk to and happy to help in any way I can.

Hi I'm Rachel and I joined Caroline and Trevor after my family and I moved back to Bristol following a spell abroad. I feel I've really come back to my roots, as I was born in Bristol, lived in Frampton Cotterell and attended Oldfield Girls School in Bath. This means I have a good knowledge of Bristol/Bath and the surrounding areas.

My work life has been varied, but always within the area of customer service, this incudes seven years with a national housebuilder looking after defects in new build properties, which gave me a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry.

I'm really in to DIY and even fitted the kitchen and bathroom in our house, so I'm well placed to advise on practical solutions that are needed on a daily basis in this business.

I mentioned that we came back to the UK this year after a spell abroad; in 2008 we relocated to live on the island of Fuerteventura for what we refer to as our gap year.

Now we are back to stay and I would say that having really experienced relocation first hand, I have a far greater understanding of the stress and pressure it creates and feel I can put this experience to good use for our Medics clients.

I have one son, the lovely Daniel and a long suffering husband, Ray.

Hi, I'm Ciya and I joined the Bristol team in August.

I just love being part of this team, everyday brings something new. My qualifications are linked to administration, but I have also discovered that I enjoy helping people so I think I found the perfect job for me.

I'm still in-training and just started my NVQ Level 3 in customer service - something these guys take very seriously. I'm also about to begin a Guild of Letting and Management BTEC Qualification, so I'm going to be busy. When I'm not studying, I help keep Trevor in his place!

Jenny Gee

I've been involved in Medics on the Move since the start, but mostly in the background. As of last year, and due to the increasing number of landlords we are working with, I've been around more. My role is communications and marketing and I just love being part of this lively, professional and totally committed team.

A little bit about me; I have a particular understanding of the property environment. I specialise in Community Engagement for Planning Applications as well as having worked on some of the best new homes developments of the last decade, Bridge House,, The Refinery and Robinson Building to name a few.

On a personal level I have two gorgeous daughters and two hulking great sons, a 3 year old grandson and a new grandaughter, yes I know it doesn't seem possible!! Apart from the children and trying to keep Trevor on the straight and narrow with limited success, I am a passionate cook, definitely of the Nigella school, chocolate, butter, cream, bowl scrapping and finger-licking are all part of the repertoire when I cook! Call in to the office and you're likely to be plied with chocolate brownies and home made biscuits.

I'm always keen to hear about how we're doing and to improve what we do so any suggestions or comments always warmly and positively received.

What our landlords truly say about us

Medics on the Move was recently voted Best Medium Letting Agency in the ESTAS Awards, which was great news. What is even more amazing are the unsolicited comments received from our lovely landlords. Can we say thank you to them all, we really do appreciate your kind words.

If you're a landlord looking for someone to provide a really special property management service, take a look at what our current landlords say:
  • Having managed all properties myself, using an agent was a big step but one, once having taken it, I wish I done years ago
  • Have received continual excellent service from the agent throughout the past 6 years of using Medics on the Move, Bristol.
  • Medics on the Move Bristol have changed my opinion of letting agents after I had a number of bad experiences in the past.
  • Great service and hassle free!
  • A very personal service.
  • Always kept me informed and knowing I was living far away would always offer to help me. One occasion Caroline arranged for me to collect my keys from her husband as she wasn't available - she suggested a solution to my issue -Thank you!!!
  • Good standard of tenants (professionals) a real trustworthy company - would always recommend them.
  • I have used Medics on the Move in Bristol to let more than one property over a number of years and I could not be happier with the service they've provided both in finding good suitable tenants and managing the properties.
  • They are professional in every way as well as being extremely amicable and pleasant to do business with.
  • They have found long-term tenants for both properties they manage and I have only had one changeover, which went perfectly.
  • Really friendly efficient service. Wonderful to be able to leave it in their hands and have no worries.
I can honestly say that Medics on the Move Bristol are a very professional organised team. They take the worry out of managing my property as i am based in Ireland and the property is in Bristol. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to another tenant or landlord.
  • I am delighted to have found such an efficient company to manage my flat. In all my dealings with them they have been excellent.
