Property hunting in London can be an stressful and time consuming activity, traveling to look at properties often involves hours spent on public transport or driving around looking for a place to park.
I recognize that my clients lead busy lives and have little spare time to resolve a home search for themselves.
To begin with, I spend a lot of time talking through my clients requirements in order to get a firm idea of what they are looking for (and things they really dislike) when it comes to their ideal property.
I will view a selection of properties with the purpose of short listing 3 to 4 that exactly fit the brief.
